Showing up without the right files
A low-quality beat or missing stems can limit how polished the final record can become. Bring the cleanest files available and backups when possible.

Mistakes to Avoid
Executive Studios is built to help artists move quickly, but the best sessions still begin with clear preparation.
Compare the room, service and engineer options before choosing the session that fits your project.
Booking the wrong session type
Room rental is not the same as booking an engineer. If you need technical support, vocal direction or punch-in help, choose an engineered session.
Letting the room get unfocused
Too many guests, unclear opinions and constant phone distractions can drain a session. Keep the environment built around the artist and the work.
